Observation

During onsite monitoring visit, licensor observed the storage room to be cluttered and although there was a sorage room door it was not locked and therefore the room could be accessible to the children in care. Licensor observed storage areas not to be clean and sanitary during onsite monitoring visit, this included in the kitchenette area as well as large walk-in closet
